PART I — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using the 386 House application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy described below.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

2. Purpose of the Application

386 House is intended for the private management of a family lake house.

The application may provide:

  • A shared property reservation calendar.

  • Reservation requests and approval management.

  • Reservation history and status information.

  • Maintenance and repair request submissions.

  • A property service directory.

  • Account management and administrative functions.

  • Email communications relating to account access and reservations.

The application is provided as an organizational convenience and does not independently establish ownership, tenancy, or legal rights to use the property.

3. Authorized Users and Account Approval

Access to 386 House is restricted to individuals approved by the property's authorized administrators.

Creating an account does not guarantee access.

New accounts may remain pending until approved by an authorized Manager or Admin Owner.

Administrators reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access when necessary for property management, security, or misuse prevention.

Users agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Reservations and Property Availability

Reservations submitted through 386 House may require administrative approval.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee that the requested dates will be approved or available.

Authorized administrators may approve, deny, modify, or cancel reservations as necessary to manage the property.

Users are responsible for reviewing the status of their reservations before making plans.

The application is intended to help coordinate reservations, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of every calendar entry.

5. Hidden and Private Reservations

Certain reservations may be designated as hidden from other family members.

Hidden reservations may remain visible to authorized Managers and Admin Owners for property management purposes.

Users should not assume that information submitted to 386 House is confidential from authorized administrators.

6. Maintenance Requests and Service Information

Authorized users may submit maintenance concerns, repair requests, or other property-related issues.

Submitting a maintenance request does not guarantee that repairs will be performed within a specific timeframe.

Service directory information is provided for convenience. Listings do not constitute warranties, guarantees, or endorsements of third-party service providers.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Access another person's account without permission.

  • Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

  • Attempt to bypass account approval or security restrictions.

  • Intentionally submit false or misleading information.

Access may be restricted or terminated for violations of these terms.

8. Application Availability

386 House is provided on an "as available" basis.

Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain the application, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, connectivity problems, or third-party service disruptions.

Users should communicate directly with property administrators when urgent matters cannot be handled through the application.

9. Changes to the Application

Next Prairie Innovations LLC may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue application features when necessary.

Changes may include improvements to security, reservations, account management, and property services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Next Prairie Innovations LLC is not responsible for losses arising from temporary application outages, incorrect reservation entries, communication failures, or unauthorized account access outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
