Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why can't I access the app after registering? New accounts must be approved by an administrator. Your access may remain pending until your registration is reviewed.

2. Can anyone reserve the lake house? No. 386 House is intended for approved members of a private family group.

3. Can I change or cancel a reservation? Reservation changes and cancellations depend on the options available in the app. Contact your property administrator if you need assistance.

4. What should I do if the app isn't working? Try closing and reopening the app, confirm you have an internet connection, and check whether an update is available. If the issue continues, contact support.
